A Quiet Day Reflecting on Psalm 23

You are warmly invited to a peaceful and reflective Quiet Day centred on the words of Psalm 23 — “He restores my soul.” This day offers space to pause, pray, and be renewed in the presence of God.

The day will be facilitated by Lydia Monds, CMHI, who will gently guide participants through reflections and prayer based on this much-loved psalm.
